BIMkit is a modular SaaS (Software as a Service) solution designed to meet the needs of architectural firms that use ARCHICAD as their BIM Authoring Tool.

The BIMkit Free version includes a dedicated object library and the BIMkit Tiles and BIMkit Panel plugins, developed for managing tile installation and raised floors/suspended ceilings.

For paid modules, it is necessary to purchase a BIMkit Client (workstation license) and the desired plugin(s).

For single users, one BIMkit Client allows usage on one machine. If the same user wishes to use it on multiple devices within the same office (but not simultaneously), they must purchase as many BIMkit Clients as the number of workstations used.

For a single user needing to work from an additional location, a BIMkit Client Offsite can be requested, allowing non-simultaneous use on two devices.

If a user wants to share and let an external collaborator (with a different VAT number) use the plugins, they must purchase a BIMkit Client Collaborate. If the collaborator also needs an extra workstation, a BIMkit Collaborate Offsite can be requested.

Prices are monthly subscription fees, billed annually.
If you add new modules during your subscription, all clients and modules must be aligned with the expiry date of the latest purchase.
