BIMkit is a modular SaaS (Software as a Service) solution designed to meet the needs of architectural practices that use ARCHICAD as their BIM authoring tool.

The BIMkit free version includes a dedicated object library and the BIMkit Tiles and BIMkit Panel plug-ins, developed to manage the laying of tiles and floating floors/suspended ceilings.

The paid modules feature floating licences, meaning they can be used on any workstation, provided users do not all access them simultaneously.

The prices quoted are for an annual or three-year subscription. If modules are added during the subscription period, all current client and module expiry dates must be aligned with the expiry date of the most recent purchase.

*prices reserved for ARCHICAD users under a valid support and update contract (CdAA/Forward), or license holders of ARCHICAD version 28 or later without a support contract.

**The license can be used on any machine (license key installation required). When in use on one machine, it cannot be used on others. Once usage stops on one machine, it becomes available for another without needing to transfer the license manually. This license type behaves like a hardware dongle, but without requiring a physical key.
